  5. Ideal as a main dish or side salad

I added two layers of romaine lettuce to make 8 layers. Depending on the size of your glass serving bowl, you can add as many duplicate layers or an ingredient as you wish.

You can use any number of ingredients you want to add flavor, variety and texture to your layered salad. Select a right sized sized bowl and be aware of the quantity as you will not be able to switch serving containers if you choose a size too small for your layers. Once you start, you are committed!

Have fun and let your creative side emerge as you design your layers.

Determine what you want to include in your layered salad ahead of time.

Think through the colors and how you want the visual presentation to look before layering items.

Select an oil and vinegar combination that will compliment the flavors of the salad when you blend Gabe's Original into a salad dressing. The dressing will taste entirely different each time depending on your combination of oil and vinegar. The 10 premium spices in the Gabe's Original spice blend add a boldly delicious flavor to this salad!

The nuts are added right before serving because you don't want them to get soft or soggy. The same would be true if you topped with croutons.

Use long salad serving tools to reach all the way to the bottom of the bowl when serving (the fist scoop is the most difficult)!

Keep eating boldly and deliciously with 50 Years of Gabe's Gourmet Goodness in every bite!
