This deviled egg filling recipe is seriously the BEST you'll ever taste with Gabe's & Mama's Spices!


  • Gabe's Original Dressing & Marinade Spices
  • Mama's Mediterranean Spices
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Stone Ground Brown Mustard
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dill Relish
  • Dill
  • Paprika


  1. Boil, cool and peel eggs
  2. Cut in half (the long way/vertical direction)
  3. Place in divided/shaped deviled eggs dish
  4. Carefully scoop out the cooked yokes into a bowl
  5. Mash the yokes
  6. Add 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  7. Add 3 tablespoons stone ground brown mustard
  8. Add 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  9. Add 2 tablespoons dill relish
  10. Add 2 tablespoons Gabe's Original Dressing & Marinade Spices (dry)
  11. Add 2 teaspoons Mama's Mediterranean Spices (dry)
  12. Mix all ingredients into a smooth and creamy filling (add more mayo, mustard, Worcestershire and spices to taste)
  13. Spoon filling into a sandwich sized plastic bag
  14. Cut hole in the tip of the bag
  15. Squeeze filling into the eggs halves
  16. Sprinkle dried dill seasoning on top of eggs (optional)
  17. Sprinkle paprika seasoning on top of dill (optional)


Recipe can be double for 2 or more dozen eggs

Do not add too much mayo, mustard, Worcestershire or relish initially as you do not want a runny filling. Add one ingredient at a time to get the texture you want.

Use more Gabe's and Mama's Spices to taste (I prefer more Mama's!). Stir packet ingredients well before adding to mixture.

Remove as much air as possible from the plastic bag before filling eggs. It makes for a better filling design.
