Amazing Dips with Mama's Mediterranean Spices


  • Mama's Mediterranean Spices (dry spice packet)
  • 4 large ripe avocados
  • 6 green onions (stems and bulbs) or one small dry onion
  • Cilantro (to taste)
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 limes


  1. Cut avocadoes in half and remove pit. Slice and scoop/hallow out all four avocados into a medium sized mixing bowl
  2. Dice tomatoes, cilantro and green onions and add to bowl
  3. Cut limes into eight wedges. Squeeze 8 (one lime) into the bowl with other ingredients
  4. Add two tablespoons of Mama's Mediterranean Spices to bowl (shake or stir spices before adding to dip to thoroughly mix all eight ingredients)
  5. Mash dip with potato masher or fork to get to desired chunky or creamy consistency
  6. Use remaining lime wedges as garnish
  7. Serve with tortilla chips and homemade canned salsa made with Mama's and Gabe's spices

You will not need any other spices because Mama's has 8 amazing curated premium ingredients!

Add some of our homemade salsa for added spice, color or consistency (we make it spicy in this family). There are 10-12 ingredients in our canned salsa depending on which ingredients we had on hand when we made it!

Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Add a few squeezes of lime and stir to soften dip. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
