Pasta soup with sausage and vegetables with Mama's Mediterranean Spices

Mama's Mediterranean Spices is a great blend of spices to add to soups, stews, or chowders.


  • Pasta of your choice (uncooked)
  • Vegetables of your choice, cut or chopped (celery, carrots, green beans, corn, spinach, etc.).
  • Soup stock or broth (8-12 cups).
  • Cut and cooked sausage (turkey, chicken, steak, or meat of your choice).
  • 2 tablespoons of Mama's Mediterranean Spices (remember, there are 8 spices inside each packet, including habanero chili. Stir well to fully blend spices before adding to recipe).


  1. In large stock pot, combine broth, meat and vegetables.
  2. Season with Mama's Mediterranean Spices (2-3 tablespoons, it has a kick, so not too much. Taste test before adding more).
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add pasta and continuing boiling for 20 minutes or until pasta is fully cooked.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes stirring every 5-7 minutes.


You can make this soup without noodles or meat. You could substitute rice if desired.

You could substitute tofu for meats in this recipe.
