Spice up your fajitas with Mama's Mediterranean Spices and Gabe's Original Marinade


  • Mama's Mediterranean Spices (dry spice)
  • Gabe's Original Dressing & Marinade Spices (blended as a marinade with pure lemon juice and choice of oil and vinegar. I used sautéed garlic extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar for this recipe)
  • Red onions
  • Yellow, green and red bell peppers
  • Fajita or taco mix (optional). With 10 ingredients in the Gabe's blend and 8 in the Mama's blend, you don't need much else!
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Soft flour or corn wraps (burrito size)


  1. Cube or slice the chicken
  2. Heat a shallow sauté pan with two tablespoons of oil
  3. Cook chicken in pan until cooked through
  4. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons onto chicken as it is cooking
  5. While chicken is cooking, heat 1/2 cup of Gabe's Original Dressing in larger, deeper frying pan (alternatively, add all veggies to a sealable bag, add dressing and coat thoroughly. Pour all into the pan and cook on medium heat)
  6. Add red onion and peppers and cook until just soft but still firm (not mushy)
  7. While meat and veggies are cooking, chop, dice or shred lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Mama's Mediterranean Spices to onions and peppers as they cook. Mix well
  8. Mix guacamole (add some Mama's Mediterranean dry spices to give the guac a spicy kick!)
  9. Warm tortillas in oven on low heat
  10. Combine veggies with chicken and serve (can be served separately)


Use any protein you prefer: Chicken, beef, pork, fish, tofu (cooking time varies with each)

Marinate the protein and veggies before cooking.

Use spicy avocado, oil for a spicier blend of dressing and marinade

Add more Mama's dry spice to add zing (remember, there is a small amount of crushed habanero chili in the blend)
